This notice covers https://www.evertech.net only. Information you give us as a client is governed by your service agreement.

What this site collects

Nothing automatically. These pages set no cookies, run no analytics, and load no third-party scripts or fonts. Your browser fetches the pages and that is the end of it.

The contact form

Submitting the contact form composes a message in your own email application, addressed toinfo@evertech.net. You choose whether to send it. Nothing is transmitted to us until you do.

What we do with what you send

We use your name, contact details, and message to reply to your enquiry and, if it becomes one, to run the engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not pass it to anyone outside EverTech except where we need a supplier's help to deliver what you asked for.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that go nowhere are kept for a year. Records connected to an engagement are kept for as long as we are required to hold business records.

Server logs

Our hosting keeps standard web server logs — IP address, page requested, timestamp, browser string — for security and diagnostics. They are retained for a short period and are not used to build a profile of you.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write toinfo@evertech.net or call 1-908-673-3100 and we will deal with it.
