Est. 1985

Family owned since 1985. Still in the same building.

EverTech has been family owned and operated since its beginnings in 1985, providing innovative IT solutions to businesses across New Jersey, New York, and the wider Northeast.

EverTech was founded in our CEO John Everitt's parents' basement, immediately striving to give customers innovative IT solutions rather than whatever the catalogue was pushing.

A year in, John found a partner in his client Ronald Hepburn. He took a leap of faith that risked losing his best customer, and instead found the right partner. John and Ron have run EverTech together for four decades.

As the company grew, the need for more space became obvious and EverTech relocated to 180 South Street in New Providence, New Jersey. It has been there ever since.

We have kept evolving with the sector since day one. As a small business we serve mainly small and medium businesses in the Northeast and understand what they are worth to their communities — and we have served large corporate ventures too. There is no job too big or too small.

Most technology sold to businesses is not designed for that business, and it arrives without anyone paying attention to the client afterwards. Being small lets us put our clients ahead of our own margin, which is why the relationships last as long as they do.

Our mission is simple enough to fit on a wall: provide innovative IT solutions for everything you need. We work hard so you can work smart.

Why clients stay

Six habits we haven't broken

Best-in-class equipment

41 years in the industry is a long time to watch vendors come and go. We can tell you which ones are worth specifying and which reputations are running on fumes.

Dedicated 24/7 support

On-site or remote, at any hour. The support desk is not a rota of strangers — it is the same small team, and they know your estate.

Subscriptions and trials

Flexible subscription programs that lower your cost and protect cashflow, with 30-day trials on selected equipment and service programs.

Agile, fast results

Time is money. We keep clients for decades because we understand their business deeply enough to move quickly in it.

Value from what you own

Our integration work is about getting faster results from systems you have already paid for, before anyone suggests buying more.

Quality deliverables

Every engagement starts by improving the architecture. Industry experience plus a real understanding of best practice is what makes the rest of it hold.
